Bracelet arrived as promised & looks good. Being an OCD person I have rounded off the straight edges of the engraved plate so that it cannot catch on anything and feels more comfortable. I have made mine slightly smaller with the removal of one link, this was completed with the tool supplied with a replacement strap for a samsung watch.

The clasp is a little difficult to operate but just needed to slow down a bit. Feels solid.

Second one. First wouldn’t even close and now second one keeps falling off. Worse clasp. Very dangerous being you think you have on and it’s on floor someplace.

The corners of the pad are very snug and sharp. I'm not satisfied! I strongly advise against it.

Got this bracelet for my husband who was recently rendered a type 1 diabetic by way of a pancreactomy. He has large wrists, so it was a pleasant surprise to find that it fits him perfectly! Seems very sturdy and has a nice tight clasp. I took it to a local jeweller to have the words HEART / DISEASE / DIABETES engraved on it for another $30.Very nice bracelet!

The chain was supposed to be 8.5 inches long. It didn't fit. I opened it up and laid it on a table to measure - only 7.5 inches total. Disappointing.
