Was able to pick these up on sale for less than $40. Material is great quality. They are very comfortable even in the hottest Miami heat. They are white so they will dirty quickly, but they also come out in the wash. Definitely follow the instructions on laundering. They are linen and cotton, and given what they are the wrinkles are minimal. Have bought multiple pairs in different colors.

I love them. Lightweight linen is so nice, so cool in more than one way. I had paid $40 and quickly realizing I wanted more went back to see the price over $70! I waited and the great price came around again. If it doesn’t they are still worth it.FYI: I wear 38 Levi’s but got these at 40 and the fit is great. Yes, wrinkles :-)

Lightweight, linen pants that don't wrinkle too badly. They may be a linen cotton blend, which is why they don't wrinkle like other cotton pants. I have the blue ones in size 36, they run a little small for their size because I wear 34-35 in everything else. Zero elasticity so error on the larger size if you buy these. Super comfortable and can be worn in the hotter months because of the high breathability.

I normally wear a 32 or 33 waist and 29 or 30 inch inseam, so I ordered the Perry Ellis Portfolio Men's Essentials Linen Dress Pant (natural) in size 33 waist and 30 inseam. The cut on the legs is attractive—on the full side with nice drape—the length is as advertised, but the waist is a little small. They fit but are definitely snug on the waist and with no give or stretch whatsoever. Not the right pants for a wedding feast or buffet! Consider purchasing one waist size larger if you need a little room to grow. Like most slacks, they're made so they can be let out a size or so by opening the backside. Finally the linen-cotton blend has a nice texture, seems well made and is handsome. The waist sits about even with my navel. And, yeah, wear white underwear if you buy the white or natural pants. Dark underwear will show slightly. Finally, like most linen and cotton clothing, these pants acquire wrinkles easily. Steam or iron them before wearing and hang dry to avoid shrinking.

BLUF: the waist was too small and they didn't fit. I wish I could have liked these; the material and fit were nice other than the waist, which was equivalent to the next smaller size of all my other pants.
