Upon purchase was able to put it together rather easy..the top came scratched but when I called them directly they sent me one right away (take pictures). It’s large enough for a big party and cleans us nice. Well crafted and the color matched my backyard.

I went to a party and saw a cooler much like this and was sure immediately that I needed to own one. Shopped a bit and felt good about ordering this one, Looks as nice in person as in pictures. My cooler arrived with shipping damage. I emailed customer service on a Saturday and received a response in less than 10 minutes of business hours Monday . I received the replacement parts in great condition in less than a week and finished assembling my cooler in less than 5 minutes.I am very impressed with Permasteel’s responsive customer support and backing of their products!.Very satisfied and will most certainly recommend Permasteel coolers and other products among my friends ! This is a really nice looking cooler, it blends in with all of my other rattan wicker patio furniture. It keeps ice for the day, by day two you will find a mix of water and some ice in the cooler but we have left drinks in there for the weekend and they have stayed cold so it is good enough for me.

Perfect for what I needed to host parties outdoors. The only issue is the sturdiness of the legs. Moved it during a party and one of the rollers got caught in patio crack and the whole thing bent at the legs.
