This is my second case of this type. My first one was black nylon. The colors are richer and more stunning then they appear in the photo. The workmanship is good and the zipper is better than my older one. This is not a deluxe airline type bag. I have one of those and it's so clumsy and huge that I never use it except for storage. I have a real African djembe that could hold up a car so this bag gives me the protection I need for the head and for bumps and dings. When I arrive I can roll it up and it's out the way. The straps could be stronger, but it only cost $50. My drum is 15x25x9.8 at the base and it fit easily. The price was about the same with shipping between X-8 and Amazon Prime. The only cheaper one was only available in yellow. If you need the full protection of an airline bag it will coat about $130. If you don't own a $1,000 djembe and want a bag that you can toss in the trunk and bump your way through doorways with and can be out of the way when you arrive to play this is perfect.

Exactly what I need. I love the cloth exterior and I was pleasantly surprised to find it was lined with a water proof lining.
