Pedro's Bike Lust keeps my '96 Specialized Stumpjumper looking like new. No kidding, this silicone cleaner/polish does a neat trick on old bikes (and I'm sure new bikes too). Rainy weather here in Oregon and this polish works great to remove the grime and leave a nice non-oily sheen behind. I spray it on a clean cloth and apply, as easy as that.Yes, it's spendy.. but your bike will thank you and you'll have a smile on your face, admiring your newly polished ride. Highly recommended.

I just finished my first bottle of Pedro's which lasted me close to ten years - I assume this larger one may be the last I'll ever need. I use it on unpainted titanium as well as painted frames and it just works well. Avoid using it on the braking surface of your wheels if you use rim brakes.

After cleaning my bike I spray on a rag and wipe things down. I'm not sure it prevents dirt from clinging to the frame, but it does minimize the heavier dirt/mud from sticking. I also use it to spray onto the pedals, helps when cleaning if there is mud in them. I like Pedro's products and have used the Bike Lust in the past. If you have a glossy frame, this works great. My frame is more of a flat/satin finish. Not looking for luster.It protects the paint and frame from the elements. That's worth something!

Although typically a bit pricey, the Amazon price was most reasonable. Bike Lust is a great way to keep the bike clean and protected against sweat, bugs and sand, which can slowly eat away at the finish. As a spray liquid, it is easy to get it into the hard to reach spots, ensuring extra protection at the welds. It also restores a clean black to tires, carbon and shift lever hoods.
