My hygienist recommended this. Then, she took the time to show me how to use it. It really helps in between cleanings. I’m so grateful for hygienist that goes beyond her just doing the job and helps you keep your teeth and gums healthy. Get some instruction from your hygienist don’t poke your gum tissue go slowly.
