This is a 240V 50A turn-key control panel for powder coating oven w/ light and fan control features. It allows you to run heating element up to 12,000 watt. It includes both temperature control and timer counting features, so user can cure the parts in the oven for a certain amount of time at the set temperature. This will maximize the finishing quality and minimize your time, resources and effort spent on building a control box. With the help of this control panel, your curing process can be easier and simpler.

Description:
This control panel is built with some of the most popular components offered by Auber Instruments to the metal finishing enthusiasts. With the PID controller SYL-2352, the user can directly change the set temperature by using the up and down arrow keys. The timer JSL-74 has only a few parameters to set up; if door needs to be opened during a batch, one can uses pause or stop key pad to interrupt the timer. When the batch is finished, the coating process can be started again by pressing the reset button.
When set temperature is reached, one can shut off one of the heaters to hold the temperature. The heater switches are connected to contactor coils. So once they are turned to OFF position, the heater outlet will be powered off completely by the contactor. Meanwhile, system performance is enhanced by SSR (Solid State Relay). When the heater switch is turned to ON position, the PID controller will provide power to the element via SSR which will take action in only 2 seconds.

- The control panel is designed for North America 240V AC power line which requires four line power connections (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground), please verify your power supply before purchase.
- Default sensor cable length is 6 ft (2m).
- Input power cord (SOOW 6/4) is not included because each user may have different hook up requirements.
- Heating element is not included.

The supplier did a fantastic job of assembling this control panel. Very clean. Well worth the extra money to have them assemble it for me.

I purchased this kit in the DIY version which allows you to wire everything up yourself. The instructions included were super easy to follow and very accurate. Everything worked perfectly when I turned it on for the first time. It is a very solid system and having it in such a neat, compact enclosure is just icing on the cake.
