Installation: Super easy! The quick-release system made setup a breeze—I had it on in just a few minutes with no hassle. It fits perfectly and feels secure, so I don’t have to worry about it shifting while riding.Comfort: My passenger loves it. Long rides are way more comfortable now, and there’s no more sliding around or dealing with back pain. Definitely a huge upgrade for anyone who rides with a passenger regularly.Design & Looks: The gloss black finish looks awesome and blends in perfectly with my bike. It’s sleek without being too flashy, so it keeps that clean Harley look.Durability: Feels sturdy and well-made, and after several long rides, it’s holding up great—no signs of wear or looseness.Minor Issue: The backrest sits a little further forward than I’d prefer, but it’s still functional and comfortable. Installed on a 2011 HD Street Glide. This passenger backrest is accurately represented in the photos and description. The finish is great and the back pad looks nice. If you already have quick release hardware, this backrest will snap in AFTER a lot of tweaking. The manufacturer is aware of the need as they include direction, some tools and hardware to help "adjust" the backrest bracket to your application. Some needed tweaking is normal, but this part required quite a bit to get it to fit. in the end, it does fit, but it is not a drop on part. Not that big of a deal - just be aware.

This passenger backrest (sissy bar) is perfect for my late model Road Glide because it just uses the existing docking 4-point system that I've already got in place, and I can put it on or take it off as needed, depending on whether I'm planning on having a passenger (usually not). It looks good enough to leave in place if necessary, though, and the clamps are secure for a very solid mount. Bracket is thin but strong and looks good with a nice powdercoat finish. Backrest is firm, not spongy, and my wife says she likes the way it feels better than the one I got at 3 times the price from the Harley dealership's catalog. So I believe it's a great value and I know she enjoys the security of the backrest behind her.

The backrest took a couple of day to get here, but it arrived in great condition and the color black looks good. My wife will be the one using it on her back, so I will update after our first ride with it. Definitely looks like a good product for a portion of the price from Harley.
