ID, measured in middle of male compression fitting is 6.0 mm. ID of Patikil compression olive is 6.00 mm (light pressure on digital calipers ID = 5.98 mm). I don’t have any 6mm OD aluminum tubing on hand but it must fit within the ID of the olive. ¼ inch tubing by contrast, measures OD around 6.2mm. A ¼” olive (for ¼ tubing) measures ID of 6.23mm.Fitting is well made and burr free, but requires a supply of 6mm tubing.
