Just got it the parts are missings - screw was missing and gave us both Left side of the tuning pegs instead of Left and Right.

Here are some more measurements.40mm between each post22mm wide on the face of the plateI swapped the posts out with another set as I needed the hole closed inThe tuners are ok for the price. But there are sharp edges around the post holes which caused my strings to snap during a setup. They work but may need some finessing and the tuning action feels laborious.
