This came as advertised, and no it doesn't come with the factory sound insulation but I don't care. After laying it out in the sun to soften the plastic, all the holes lined up and I was able to install this on the front passenger wheel well of the 2013 Honda Accord. I did purchase new plastic clips since all of the old ones were missing or broken.

Fits perfect, as someone states before it is a bit thinner but none the less it still fits perfect 👌Also was delivered faster than expected.Friendly advice, after you take it out of the box, let it sit outside in the sun ( or use a hest gun or hot water) to let it reform to its original shape.

Bad quality. Just look like a garbage plastic. They didnt even put any kit , screw or etc. in the box for attach to car. I just found from around random screw tried to attach it. Looks like it wont stay there too long. Only because of inspaction i didnt return it

My husband hit a jackrabbit on the way to work early one morning, it managed to hit the wheel well cover up against the tire and shredded it on the impact. So I ordered this, it was a breeze to install, popped right in, all the holes lined up great. Now, it doesn’t have the insulation of the OG part, so the car isn’t as quiet on that side as it used to be, but it’s also not really loud enough to be noticeable or bothersome. Do yourself a favor and get extra plastic clips, you will break some as you take out the OG cover. Also don’t try to do this with the tire still on. It’s gonna take you like 4 times as long as it should if you would just remove the darn thing. I saw another review saying you could do it without taking the tire off. You could also attempt installing it while standing on your head, but I’m not sure what good that’d do you.

This was a deal, so I bought it. It wasn't too difficult to install. However, not all of the holes line up great, so I had to do a lot of manipulation to get it to fit. Also, it is not of the same quality as the original, it's thinner and not as ridgid. After installation, it does not lie flat where it is visible on the edge of the fender like the original one did (see photos). I did let it sit in the sun a little to make it more pliable for installation, but not long enough to affect the shape. The photo on the left is the new one and the orignal (still on the other side of the car) is the photo on the right. The original had a piece of thick cloth insulation attached. I removed it and wedged it between the new panel and the underside of the car.
