Fit properly and seems to be of high quality. Only a few miles on it so far, but no leaks.

You will need to buy a set of exhaust flange studs. Nothing to dislike so far so good. Went on and fit very good. Had a couple of stubborn bolts. Fits on my 2010 just fine on my 2010 Tahoe
