It looked like a great paper trimmer. Unfortunately for me, I did not open the box before the end of the returning window; when I tried the trimmer, I noticed that the blade is bended, making a very slight arc. Therefore, the arm cannot go all the way down for a clean cut. Cutting a letter size sheet, the blade goes down midway and then gest stuck; to move forward, I have to move the blend a bit, but then the cut is not completely straight. It may work for small papers but not letter or legal sizes. A complete waste of my money.

I'ts a low price scale paper trimmer, so I didn't anticipate much from it; it was bought for some basic paper cutting. The received trimmer pleasantly surprised me. It's quality, precise and made of metal! The only plastic part is the paper guide, so it needs to be handled with care. I saw on Amazon trimmers that cost twice end even triple of this, but I think that this trimmer can successfully compete with them in the most works.

This paper cutter is lightweight, but cuts like a heavy duty model. The paper is held in place by a foot that automatically engages as you lower the cutting blade and insures an acccurate, clean cut. It is light enough to pick up and place on the side of my desk, so it doesn't take up working space when I don't need it.

I really liked how it holds your paper securely….it keeps the paper from moving in the cutting process. I like that it is light weight. I use it for many things I do for church and a daycare I work with.
