Total crap product. I have a 2016 Polaris sportsman with plow that I bought brand new. I had the original Polaris shear pins for over six hard Northeast winter seasons. Finally ran out of OEM shear pins and didn't want to waste money on overcharged OEM products so to save a few bucks I opted for these aftermarket pins. I figured how much of a difference could a piece of steel make? Well now I respect that old saying "You get what you pay for". I bought a set of four of these pins about a month ago and went through the last two today. That's 8 breaks in less than a month. (Each pin can be flipped over to use twice). I'm not a rookie operator. I've been using my quad for plowing for over 8 years and know the breaking point of the shear pins. With that said, just hitting the edge of the plow blade against some frozen ice/snow bank as I stopped cost me two pins today. I know the purpose of the shear pin but it should handle a little more that tapping some ice at a slow speed.

Waste of money. Just got the Polaris website and get the expensive ones. It’ll save you money in the long run
