This will protect you for the most part but I ended up taking the glass eyepiece out because the whole face mask made the goggles fog up instantly

The mask is a bit flimsy, which I can excuse a bit since it seemed to take hits well. But the lens is absolutely horrid. I was unable to see out of the mask by the end of the first round. I would return it if I hadn't ordered it way ahead of time. I'm severely disappointed in this product. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

This fit my 13 year old son perfectly. Super comfortable and has great protection.Clear vision and not to tight on the ears. He wears this helmet when using his Air Soft outside and it gives me some reassurance that he's safe.Just one of the many items needed to be safe with pellet or air soft rifles. A MUST have!
