The way to measure helmet:
1. Use a string and a measuring tape.
2. Place one end of string on center of forehead and wrap string around the head until it touch the starting point(The string should be about 0.5” above each ear)
3.Hold the ending point and measure the string, round your measurement up to your nearest size

So I purchased this for unconventional purposes and not sure my review will help for the majority BUT here goes. It fits great and I believe it will work well for my Cos Play helmet. It is a comfortable fit and I like the back of the head can be adjusted, very nice.

I bought this for my elderly mother who is vision impaired and was constantly banging her head into everything in our home, she loves it, lightweight and she feels much more comfortable moving around. She’s not playing lacrosse but she sure is living her life!!
