One pad won’t hold air. The other does and is exactly wheat I wanted. Would like seller to send replacement if possible.

The Padded Blocking Guards are a solid choice for athletes looking to improve their defensive skills in basketball, football, lacrosse, and boxing. The inflatable design allows for easy portability and quick inflation, and the pads provide effective cushioning to protect players during intense drills. They are durable and well-made, with a good balance between firmness and comfort. However, they can be a bit bulky for certain training spaces, and the inflation valve could use a more secure mechanism to prevent air from slowly leaking. Overall, these blocking pads are a great tool for improving blocking techniques and sparring practice.

These padded blocking sticks are great for drills and defense training. They’re lightweight but firm enough to provide resistance without causing injury. The inflation feature helps with adjustability, and they work well for basketball, boxing, or general agility drills. My nephew who is in high school and has recently started boxing has been using these a lot.

My son and I used these for sparring and they worked well, except for one of the handles came off. I'm only taking one star off because it didn't actually break - the glue didn't hold. They appear to be PVC so will be easy to glue back together. The inflated part is very sturdy and held up well to being hit repeatedly, so overall I would recommend these,

These are the perfect tool for coaching basketball, fifth grade team. Having a hard time getting the team to be more aggressive, and these are a good idea. I don’t want to stand in and push the kids, these come in handy and are soft- so they aren’t getting hurt. Make sure to attach the pole and lock in place before you inflate them. The instructions say opposite, but to safe some frustrations- it is easier to attach when deflated. Built well- and have withstanded a few practices so far!!

Ok, the included pump is not that good. It worked a bit then the red part that's supposed to be for deflating started blowing out air too... so rather than one side blowing out air, both sides were... so I had to cover it every time I pushed down on the pump so I could inflate the balloons.Installation was kind of tedious. Lining up the stick with the screw cap in the black inflatable parts was a little tricky. I did manage to get both of them on, but it was a hassle. After that, the rest of the installation was OK. I could have just used an electric pump, but inflation wasn't slow, so I just went with the defective included pump. Now for the actual item... it's great! We are using it for sparring practice, so kicking and punching with a partner. You can kick and hit it and you don't get hurt, and neither does the partner. It's great. You can train with different heights of kicks and punches without real risk. I'm really happy with the actual product after getting it all set up. If installation were easier, this would 100% be 5 stars. Just... trying to line up the stick inside the inflatable part was a task.

I really like these padded blocking guards from SPOYNAL. They are basically updated versions of the first ‘Blockers’ marketed by Century Martial Arts Supply in the early 80’s. Those had plastic Wiffle ball bat type handles with 5” x 24” nylon covered foam pads and were excellent for working with kids on blocking techniques. These modern versions have a foam pad over a PVC air bladder with a PU leather cover. The 2 piece ABS handles screw into the blocker pad (before inflating), reaching a full 31” length. (The handles can be separated back into 2 parts for easier portability.)When fully inflated, these pads are much more firm and sturdy that those previous versions so you may want to lessen the air pressure a bit for using them with kids. While SPOYNAL is good enough to include an air pump and hose/nozzle attachment, I used my rechargeable tire inflator to save time and effort and it made inflating much easier. I do have an issue with the 2 stage air valve and stopper that SPOYNAL uses. They make inflating the pads a bit tricky and I docked them 1 rating star for that.Overall though, these are tough, well made blockers that should prove to be very durable.

I don't know if I was sent a used item, or what happened but the set I was sent had 2 of the poles mended together. I can't seem to get them apart and fear I will break them if I put to much pressure on them. Other then this major issue, the inflated padding seems to work ok, but the nozzle you blow air into sort of gets in the way. In my opinion, I would advise going with another set.
