I have bought early versions of these panels from Azerone before they were available on amazon. You can use a single panel with an ESP32 and SmartMatrix, and you can barely use 2 panels with a teensy 3.6 but the refresh rate will be quite poor. Note that they use FM6126A chips, so they do not work out of the box with Smartmatrix as they need a special init sequence. You will most likely want a Raspberry Pi 3 or 4 with rpi-rgb-led-matrix which will support them out of the box, although an active-3 board is recommended for better refresh rates if you use more than 2 panels. The pictures I attached were made with a raspberry pi.The one downside of these panels is that the LEDs are quite small and fragile. A handful can sometimes come off the corners during shipping or if you don't handle them carefully.
