Same labret post different gem sizes so if you have thick ear have that in mind i fortunately could use same size for nose & cartilage & earlobe. Also pls read the intruction of how it work I skipped that part & thought it was faulty & was upset but when I saw instructions I was like ohhhhhh it works!! Perfect I love them

They get the job done but I’ve had a few that kept coming out of the posts and so I adjusted the curve of the post and then it wouldn’t go in. Took a few tries to find the right bend amount and yes I followed instructions in the pack, they are just a little tricky for me. I’ve lost several after sleeping and a few have broken completely but for $12 it’s better than having the holes close up until I can get better quality ones.
