I just started hiking and wanted something other than my sunhats for sun protection. This hat is perfect! It has a wide brim for face protection and the neck flap is great for the AZ sun. The ponytail hole is genius. I now don't have to pile my long hair on top of my head.

Grabbed this for my mom, as I have a similar hat with the neck covering, and she loved it, but couldn't wear it due to her pony tail. Grabbed this since it seems to solve that problem with a hole for her pony tail, and she loves it! It looks great, and the front bill is not so large as to be super floppy (which is an issue with another hat she has, meaning she never wears it), so it's perfect for wearing out on the river and lake, even when it gets a slight breeze going on. So far, so good, I'm sure she's gonna wear it almost every day this season!

Finally - a big ol' hat for my big ol' head! It is so hard to find hats for women in different sizes with good features. This is perfect to keep around for yardwork, fishing trips, or any activity that will require me to be in the sun for extended periods.The material is UPF 50+, waterproof and has an internal wicking sweatband which makes it super comfortable to wear for extended periods. The chin strap is also removable if you decide you don't need it, and there is a drawstring around the crown so you can customize the fit.I really appreciate that there are two ponytail holes - the high pony and the low pony. I have very thick curly hair and was able to get it through both of these with no problem! I have another one hat made by Top-Ex, and the only feature that hat has, that I wish this one did was the glasses holder. To the makers of the hat, if you are reading this - please make a version of this hat with the larger ponytail hole/s and the glasses holder! That would be the absolute perfect outdoor hat.Absolutely love this hat regardless and will be buying this again.

I love this hat 😍 there’s circumference of my head is 23 inches and it fits me perfectly.I ordered this for my daily hikes in Texas. I love this hat because it protects me from the sun ☀️, one of the really great features I love about this hat is that it has two ponytail slits.One for a lower ponytail, and one on top for a high ponytail . Now I don’t know if this is what the slit on top is actually for it may just be for air circulation, but I saw it as an opportunity to wear a high ponytail. 🤣 😍☺️The second photo is of me wearing a lower ponytail, and the last picture I took I am pointing towards the high ponytail.Although beige has never really been my color, I had to let go of vanity an effort to keep cool in the Texas heat.I will probably order a gray one soon for the spring when the Texas heat isn’t as intense.This is the best hat I’ve ever got on Amazon.Oh yeah and one other thing it has a drawstring too so if you happen to be gardening or hiking or doing anything outdoors and it’s windy there’s a perfect drawstring that fasten right below the chin. Enjoy ☺️

This hat is just like other similar hats, except it has a slightly larger brim and has a couple holes for a ponytail.I like the adjustable tension strap that keeps the hat on my head.The holes are large enough that I could wear my hair in a high tail or low, and it still worked. Nice for keeping cool without having my hair all stuck under the hat.I also liked the larger brim.Didn't really use the chinstrap, but it's nice to have in case of a really windy day, or maybe to hang it around the neck.Price was decent, if not fantastic, but overall worth it I thought.(original item reviewed: Oversized XL XXL Women's UV 50 Packable Flap Ponytail Mesh Sun Fishing Beach Hiking Hat)

First of all, I'm so happy to find a women's hat with large sizes that actually comes in at least one feminine color and then has not one, but several ponytail holes. I usually have to order men's hats to fit my 23 inch head and cut a ponytail hole into them.As for the quality, the fabric is on the thin side, but not so thin that it feels like it's going to rip easily. Thin enough to feel nice and cool on a hot day. The mesh help with that as well. I love that there is a drawstring in the back to adjust sizes, and a drawstring in the front to keep the hat on in the wind. The brim is long and wide enough for good coverage from the sun.If I could change anything, I would want more colors like dark pink and turquoise available, and I would make the back flap removeable.The only thing I do not like is that it comes folded up in a thin box and I have yet to get the folds on either side of the brim to round out or flatten and that bugs me. I wish it had come either rolled or flat.
