Echoing the sentiment from other reviewers in that if you're expecting this to fit just based on the size name, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ACTUAL HEAD SIZE FIRST. Going by the sizing listed on the listing, I was firmly in the middle of the Large size, when normally in other helmets I have, I'd be firmly in the Medium range. I went with a Large because of that, and I'd say the fit is tight, but not uncomfortably so (years of riding ATVs has me not wanting a loose helmet anyways, so I'm used to the tighter fit). If you've got a big head, and normally wear Large or XL helmets, a Large probably won't fit you with this one.Outside of sizing, it seems to be built really nicely. The cushions feel comfortable, and it even comes with a second set of cheek cushions to adjust the sizing there. It seems to be well ventilated (at least better than my MTX helmets), and no problems with seeing out of it. It also looks pretty nice, and the paint scheme I got matches my bike nice, which is a cool bonus. Definitely didn't want to cheap out on some no-name helmet without any certifications, but I'm also not planning on doing anything too crazy, just wanted something a little more protective to my face when on some local trails. If you really plan to go crazy, definitely look into what is going to be safest to use for your situation. The only bummer is that the chin protector is not removable (well, technically, it could be, but as it comes, it's riveted to the rest of the helmet). Would be sweet if that could be pulled off temporarily, but considering the price and overall pretty nice construction, I'm not too beat up about a feature like that not being present.Overall, as long as your sizing works within the bounds of the listing, you're probably gonna be fine, and the helmet itself, so far at least, seems to be awesome!

I got this in pearl white, and it looks fantastic. The light gold trim and black detailing complement the color perfectly. I’ve used OutdoorMaster before for a snowboard helmet and had a great experience, so I had high expectations for this one. It did not disappoint. The sizing is consistent with my other bike helmets, making it easy to find the right fit. It’s lightweight but still feels solid, and the full-face coverage is comfortable without being restrictive. MIPS is a strict requirement for me, and this helmet includes it without pushing the price too high. At $150, it’s nearly half the cost of other similar-quality full-face helmets, making it an excellent value. Highly recommend.P.S. My semi-pro biking colleague found this helmet to be fantastic quality and value as well.

As a Vine reviewer, I recently received the OutdoorMaster MIPS Full Face Mountain Bike Helmet, and I'm sharing my initial thoughts on it. Right off the bat, the promise of enhanced protection is a major draw, especially since I'm getting more into downhill riding. My first impression is very positive in head protection. The helmet feels very secure on my head. It fits snugly, which is crucial in a full-face helmet – you don't want it flopping around and impairing your vision. The inclusion of MIPS is a significant selling point. Knowing that it's designed to reduce rotational forces in certain impacts gives me a lot more confidence. The added EPP collarbone impact system and chinbar shock pads makes it more comfortabel in all weather conditions.Even with the full-face design, the helmet feels surprisingly lightweight, coming in at under 750g. The 27 vents are great. And it doesn't feel overly bulky which is great. The convenience features are also appreciated. The removable and washable comfort liner is a must for keeping things fresh, and the inclusion of two sets of D-rings with different thicknesses is a nice touch for getting a perfect fit. I also like the goggle-strap channel, which should keep my goggles secure on the trail, and the pivoting visor is a practical addition for sun and rain protection.**Pros (Based on First Impression):*** **Feels very protected:** Snug and secure fit prevents movement.* **MIPS Safety:** Added peace of mind with rotational impact protection.* **Lightweight and Breathable:** Surprising for a full-face helmet.* **Convenient Features:** Removable liner, adjustable D-rings, goggle compatibility.**Cons (Based on First Impression):*** None noted yet, this is a first impression review. I will update after some real-world riding.**Overall:**So far, I'm very impressed with the OutdoorMaster MIPS Full Face Helmet. The combination of safety features, comfortable fit, and thoughtful design elements makes it seem like a great option for mountain biking, downhill, BMX, and more. I'm looking forward to putting it to the test on the trails!

The helmet looks good and appears to be a pretty good quality helmet. As other reviewers have noted, the sizing is off. Based on their sizing, I should be at the top of the size range for a S (56cm) and the bottom of the size range for a M. I ordered a M and it is tight…wearable but definitely tight. I don’t think a S would have fit me at all. Also, the instructions could use some editing…there is mention of a “rear strap” and there is clearly no rear strap in this helmet, just the chin strap. With all of that said, it’s a good looking helmet and I think it will do the job, but the manufacturer needs to correct their written materials.
