This blanket does its job pretty well, but I do have two things to complain about.First, while the actual print quality is good, the source image used is hilariously stretched across the entire blanket. It looks like a texture from an N64 game, or something. Actual lines for the geometric shapes are fine, seems like they just used a fairly low-res image for the background. It doesn't look absolutely awful, but isn't great.The other complaint is about the carrying straps. They're permanently sewn to the edge of the blanket, which is nice because you can't lose them. Unfortunately, they're sewn in a place which requires some very strange folding to get them to line up when you're ready to roll the blanket up. If you follow the factory creases, you're fine, but it's still annoying.As for the blanket's quality, though, materials and workmanship are very good. The top is fabric, but a very tightly-woven polyester that doesn't let sand or dirt stick very well. On the bottom is a plastic-coated metalized fabric which is waterproof and reflects heat (confirmed with my thermal camera!) The layers are melted together instead of stitched, to maintain waterproofness, and the edge is finished with nylon webbing.Each corner has a metal grommet, for the included ground stakes. They're simple, just metal with a bent top.Print aside, it's a pretty good picnic blanket. I'd maybe look for one with a different design, but that and the weird folding pattern are my only complaints. Price isn't too bad for something this large.

I love this. It is perfect for the beach. You literally shake it off and all the sand automatically comes off of it. The size is perfect for two people. When you’re done using it, you fold it back up. Doesn’t take much space. Easy to use and carry around. Material is durable.

Overall it’s a really nice and very large blanket that will be awesome for picnics and when you want a large area of coverage on the ground. I think it looks super fun and different from the typical picnic blanket which I enjoy!While we haven’t used it on wet ground yet (haven’t had a time when we’d be able to), I am curious how it would hold up to its waterproof claim. It definitely seems like that kind of fabric and texture, but I feel like it’s pretty thin and spots where I felt I could slightly see through which didn’t give me a ton of confidence in the waterproof claim. Again, I HAVENT tested it yet cause I haven’t been able, but it is on the thinner side.Super nice that it has built in straps to fold up and overall super happy with it for those days you want to get outside and spread out with some nice ground cover.

Very nice picnic blanket. Made of quality material easy to store and use. Comes with stakes to keep it in place. Highly recommend.
