I've had my out light for over 20 years and the bulb finally blew. I have to admit, I didn't use it a lot for some of those years since I quit sewing. This bulb was a decent price, easy to install and I'm getting the great Ott light on my projects.

Maybe we have a fault with the wiring of the lamp but it didn't work.

It's the correct length, the correct wattage and everything but I think the base is slightly too high for the clips to grab and hold it. I've had 4 other people try to get into the 4 prong plug, but none of us can manage to get it into the lamp. Can't use at all so far. It appears that the prongs are the same length and spacing, but no one has been able to get it into the lamp to even see if it works. Sorry, I can't recommend this one at all. A costly mistake.

Very happy with the product. It provides very good light. I use it for intricate stitching. I can’t speak on longevity since I’ve only been using it for a week bit it provides the same quality of light my original bulb provided and I used it for two years with many hours of stitching.

I really can’t review this bulb, my plug was replaced before the bulb and now it won’t turn on.
