I bought 2 of these to replace my broken oem ones. This product had no reviews so I took the chance. They charge while the system is off but it does not have enough power to use while charging. Both chargers are very light and the plug that goes into the psp sticks out by 5 mm.

I’m bought this product thinking I would be able to use my psp again. I got the charger and after 2 minutes of charging it stopped working. I’ve tried everything now and it’s still isn’t working. I’ve submitted a replacement hoping that I got a bad batch. I will update my review if the replacement works.
