I bought it as a replacement for my Osprey water bladder. I really like that you can flip the valve open and closed. I use this on long bicycle rides and can only work one handed. I can easily thumb it open or closed. No leaks. easy to clean. Way better than the original twist valve.

I appreciate that I can swap these out, as the tips get dirty and crack in the very dry weather in the West. Easy to swap out, they fit and extend the life of your water bladder.

Ive been mountain biking forn20+ years. Bought this to replace the leaking mouth peice for my Dakine pack. Very similar design, wasn't willing to pay the premium price for replacement. Works perfectly, doesn't leak. Plan on buying another one as a backup.

I buy a new bite valve semi regularly. I love the osprey water bladders but I tend to chew on the bite valve and eventually chew a hole in it. I love that they make replacements so that I don't have to buy an entirely new bladder.The replacement is easy to put on, it doesn't leak, and it gives a good amount of water.
