I thought we an issue when we first got this jacket. Customer support tried repeatedly to contact me to resolve it. As it turned out, we were wrong and had no issue. I am very impressed that Customer support was persistent in contacting me. The warming zones are very nice. The button to turn it on is very sensitive. It turned on by accident several times. It does take a while to charge the battery. Overall I would recommend this jacket.

bought this for the wife, she loves it the heat in the neck is perfect, battery life is not bad. jacket is warm even without the heat on.

The jacket arrived badly wrinkled, and despite 10 days of use and following care instructions (delicate wash, garment bag, air dry), the wrinkles remained. I contacted customer service, who suggested using a garment steamer, but it didn’t help. After washing, the jacket developed marks on the sleeves where the black lining had faded and stained the gray fabric. Customer service didn’t address the stains and insisted wrinkles were normal over time, despite the jacket arriving with them. They offered a $15 gift card for the trouble, but I’m returning the jacket. While the heating elements work well, the material is too problematic to recommend.

This is our second ororo cost. This one has more heated area than the other one and looks much more like a styled coat than the first one.Material is sturdy and comfortable. Battery is easy to manage.

This jacket has been awesome for work. I have a few work spaces and some of them are freezing. This jacket keeps me warm and comfortable. I also have to walk the perimeter of our work property and this jacket has kept my body warm as soon as I walk out the door. I’ve warn it on chilly windy mornings and I was nice and warm. I didn’t feel the wind at all (where the jacket covered). I haven’t had a chance to wear it in rain. I did however get to wear it last night when our power was out for 12 hours and I was struggling to stay warm. The jacket kept me warm and the light from the button actually was bright enough (on med/white) to give off enough light so I could see my way when I had to walk to and from the bathroom.The battery life seems to last as it states. I mostly use the jacket on light or medium and once I’m nice and warm I turn it off and I stay warm inside the jacket. I’ve only recharged it once and it didn’t need it but I had plans that involved possibly using the jacket a lot and wanted to make sure I had plenty of battery for it.This has been my go to jacket and if it’s too warm for this jacket, I get a little sad.I got a large. It zips comfy with not a ton of extra room but doesn’t feel too snug. I don’t think a medium would fit me.
