It was squeaky from the get go and never improved. The tone was so far from mellow I wondered if I had somehow been sent a reed for an oboe or clarinet. I finally threw it away because it did not play at all well.

Impossible to get clear notes out, right out of the box. Very, very underwhelmed. Airy sounds, pitchy, inconsistent.
