My schnauzer had a little hot spot that he was constantly attacking I looked up hot spot creams found this one gave it to my fur baby and within a day or two he stopped scratching and his hair grew back and he completely stopped scratching. It is like the texture of a candle, I guess I was expecting something more pliable and it totally could be from the weather being so cold. Anyhow, the dog doesn’t seem to mind the taste and I’m hoping it helps her coat and skin.
