It was a nightmare.... product delivered WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS. Attempted to view a video which was unrealistic. In order to install crown properly the walls have to be square and plumb....you will NEED a compound miter saw, and another pair of hands.none of these items were included in the box. I quit. I would rate this product a -1

We received 8 pack and it looked great for a bit of it. One side on all 8 pieces were damaged in the shipping in various sizes. It wasn't wrapped to protect it at all. The pieces were held by bandings. Nothing to protect the edges more or less except for the thick cardboard.

The 8' pieces came as 4' pieces. They were broken in the middle. I will try to patch them together to use, but i think I should get some sort of compensation for these.

I’m super happy with this. Very easy to work with. Hint: use finish nails. Not adhesive! Small surface area touching walls and ceiling.
