Really happy with this rotisserie basket, it can be used to tumble items or hold together a large piece of meat to stop it falling apart, so much easier to use than trying to tie a joint of meat. Adjustment for different thickness of meat is easy and secure. Stainless steel make easy cleanup

One of our favorite things to cook is barbecue chicken in a tumble basket, so this is an important piece for me. I waited a good long while to write this review, so I know from use I like it a lot. I had returned a couple insufficient ones over the years and am glad I finally found this one. The stainless steel seems like a good grade and it's easy to clean, although it's not something you ever get totally clean. The solid ends means no food falls out, which is a problem with some. Two of the sides have adjustable panels, which is great because you can make the size correct to get the right amount of tumbling with large or small amounts of food on the rotisserie. I wish the thickness of the stainless mesh on the two adjustable panels was a heavier gauge, but all in all this is a quality piece. This is the answer I had been looking for for a while.

I went to use on my Vision Komodo grill and found my clay firebox was a bit close to use this, the ends of the cage finger pegs would catch. I used bolt cutters to cut off the curly ends and boom!! Fits my vision perfectly now. Threw a pack of thighs in there at 400 degrees and the finished product was amazing! Fits vision grills and the Joe-rotisserie very well.

So far I have only used it once, but it preformed very well. I cooked chicken thighs in the basket and they turned out very well. clean up is a bit of a chore, but not to bad. overall I an happy with the cage, and thinking about what to try next.

super time saver for pork roasts,Very simple, open cage (easy) insert roast (easy) close cage, insert rotisserie rod , easy if boneless , if not , you have to play with it till the rod goes all the way to the other side,Then secure the rod with the thumb screws supplied with the cage (easy)Then season, and put the rotisserie rod on the grill (done!I love it ,,, note my grill is a little small , so I had to stick something under the rotisserie Moter to lift it( when I get a chance, I’m going to mount the motor 1/2” higher so the cage won’t hit the burner plates( as for cleanings , it’s going to take a little time , as expected, but no big deal versus the convenience of easy roasting ( no more wrapping it with string or wire .
