Just the right size. I do steaks, burgers, chops on rotisserie with fantastic results. It’s built well and should last forever.

The product was good for chicken pieces, and pork loin. It is simple to clean, but I soaked it first. As far as use it was fairly simple, the only thing was that you have to be careful with the nut on top of the screw that holds the spit in place, because the nut on top of the screw is not stationary, and it could fall off, and you can easily lose it, because it's so small.

You will not use any other thing to bbq , this is the only way to grill wings and lamb chops, not only for outdoor rotisserie but even to grill in your oven with out a rotisserie , basically you set oven to convect broil(450 degree Fahrenheit ), Put your wings in, put it on top of a cookie sheet (covered with foil) set the timer for 35 minutes, turn it upside down half way to finish, perfect bbq wings.

Price is right and it does the job, but it could be better. Too much space on the sides of the basket, so my first attempt had wings failing out of the basket onto the coals. Definitely need to be packed carefully.A bit of a pain to clean by hand which I did the first time, but the second time I just threw it into the dishwasher and it came out just fine.

This product is exactly as advertised. I easily did 8 chicken thighs (~4.5 lbs) and I don't see a reason why i couldn't have done double that (stacked double thick). Out of an abundance of caution I put my rotisserie fork in as well in case the thumb screw didn't hold. In hindsight I don't think that was necessary. I was using a Weber Spirit E-310. I was able to leave the "warming rack" in place and I did baked potatoes at the same time. Depending on basket placement along the rot the rack and the basket could interfere (its pretty close even when it clears) so I wadded up some tinfoil and put it under the "feet" of the warming rack to give myself a little extra room. Not much is needed but you have to make sure it won't hit because that will ruin A) the food and B) your rotisserie motor. Drip pan clearance is also tight if you leave in the flavorizer bars. If you remove the middle three and drop the drip pan down there is loads of space. Clean up wasn't too bad and I didn't even bother to put it in the dishwasher. I may change my tune on that if I ever use BBQ sauce. There are a lot of nooks and crannies for that.

I previously posted that this came with two thumb screws and two nuts and that the nuts were the wrong thread size to fit the thumb screws. Well, had I read the instructions, it clearly states that the nuts are different in order to seize onto the thumb screws after inserted, so they won't come off, thus providing more surface area to better secure the basket to the rod. Anyway, that works as described with he instructions and the basket is of excellent quality. It does not have a non stick surface as advertised "NO UNSAFE NON-STICK COATINGS", which is probably safer with nothing to flake or burn off into the cooked food. A little non stick cooking spray works better anyway. Great product, I would buy again... Fast shipping too.

I would have given this Rotisserie Basket 5 stars but when turning down the thumb screws to fit my 5/16 sq spit rod I found the thumb screws are to small to stay on the surface of the rod. When tightening the thumb screws they just slip off the rod. I went to Home depot and got two # 10 Lock nuts. I put one on each end of the thumb screw which made for a larger surface for the thumb screw to contact the spit rod. After the mod I then cooked a Tri Tip roast on my Weber Performer using the basket and it turned out to be one of the best I've cooked. I must say OneGrill was more than willing to refund my money and their customer service is A1 but I love the way this basket cooks.

The slot that the spit goes through is much wider than my standard-sized spit. The first time I used this basket I screwed the thumbscrews onto the spit. About half way through cooking the basket started slipping off of the spit. The way to secure the basket to the spit is to push the spit rod to one end of the opening and screw the thumbscrew down beside the spit rod on one end and then tighten the thumbscrew down beside the other side of the spit on the opposite end. It's going to look a little odd because the basket is not centered on the spit rod (it is about 1/2 inch high on one side and an equal amount low on the other) but it will turn better without slipping. You'll still get even cooking because of the rotation of the basket. The stainless basket is easy to clean and the clamping action makes it easy to rotisserie cook small and unusually shaped items. I use it to cook chicken wings and it works great.
