Absolutely a perfect fit. All holes lined up, the rubber seal laid flat with zero kinks , and the weather seal flap was nice and tight.

This cowl gasket worked perfectly for the 1993 Jeep YJ. Eliminated the water dripping I was experiencing with downpours. All the holes lined up with the original gasket. Took longer to find the right torx but than to install

Perhaps I’ve done something wrong, but months after installation my windshield has net settled. There is a large gap between windshield and passenger door top. I will try to drop windshield and check to make sure nothing is misaligned and will update review if so, but as for now this has only caused leaks. It does look tons better than the old one so there’s that.

The seal seems to be too thick in portions and is leaking in the thinner spots.

Can't imagine giving this any less than 5 stars for my 1995 YJ. It was a perfect match the OE one but this one is made of better rubber and was definitely slightly thicker. All the holes matched perfect. Seal was tight, tight , tight. I even had to use a ratchet strap to pull the windshield frame so I could get the windshield frame bolts started where it connects to the roll bar. This thing isn't going to leak. Adding Silicone would have been Overkill. The moment I finished replacing my wiper motor along with this gasket I drove my Jeep in Pacific Northwest heavy all day downpour of rain. No leaks. Very happy with this gasket at $38. Omix-ADA has been making replacement parts for Jeeps for a long time and they know what they are doing.

Pro:Easy to installCorrect sizeGood qualityCons:Holes were not all he way throughNo screws includedI bought this seal for my 1995 Jeep YJ and it works perfect. I mmm told seal why dry rotted and leaked. New one was the perfect fit and good quality. It fixed my leak and looks nice too. The only inconvenience I had was that the holes for the screws were not completely through. I had to take a razor and finish the holes. Also would be nice if they included screw. A few were missing from my old one so I had to go buy some at the local hardware store. Overall great for the price and will definitely purchase again if I need to.

Great seal. This is even thicker and better quality than the original one on my 94 wrangler. It seals well and water isn't pouring in my jeep any more:)I would advise putting a small bead of silicon caulk lengthwise on the bottom and top of the seal before you fold the windshield back up so that it is completely water tight. This is what many people do and it works very well. Also be very thorough when cleaning al the surfaces that the cowl will sit on, as any dirt or rust will increase the chances of leaks.
