Alternator was very good quality and listed at a value price highly satisfied fits many different ford vehicles had it installed on my 1996 ford ranger with 2.3L in 5 minutes torqued my bolts back down to spec hooked wires back up slipped belt back on fired up truck battery light went off and volt meter jumped back up where it was supposed to be highly satisfied and I will definitely buy again in future if I ever need another alternator on another vehicle of mine I’m look this company back up plus it has 1year hassle free guarantee

It is extremely important, when purchasing a replacement car part. I purchased this alternator in September. I installed it in October. As of today, December 16 I am on my second battery assuming that the reason the car was not cranking was because of the battery not the new alternator. So today I get stranded with a dead battery, so I get a jump I go and have it tested at the local auto parts store and the test results show very low alternator output…

Made in China but so is every thing else we buy. Works like it should and you don’t have to mess around with returning the core. The parts stores around me wanted up to twice as much as I payed for this one. No brainier!

I had to get a replacement ad the first came in damaged. The second one that came in also had damage to the box but a leat that was it. So far my truck at least stays running now.
