This stand is quite a bit more expensive than standard ones but you do get what you pay for.This stand surpassed expectation. It is strong and study and looks beautiful. Tones perfectly with my other oak furniture and is just fabulous.Highly recommend!

Beautiful stand, great color, sturdy and well made. Takes 2 mins to assemble, only downside is the rubber neck holder reacts with Gibson guitar lacquer. Easily fixed by wrapping the neck holder ( see pic - I wrapped mine with brown sheepskin). So nice I bought a second stand

I would have rated it 5 stars but as others stated the instructions show the vertical piece backward. Seemed odd to me so I stopped after the first two screws and got on line here and saw where everyone was saying they had to turn it around too. That and the fact they don’t tell you what screw should go where is really laziness. I instinctively knew to put the shorter two screws in the middle and the long on the outsides to hold the vertical portion to the bass. My guitars (electric and acoustic) and my basses fit fine and none touch the bottom base. I do highly recommend this stand. It is a hard wood and very sturdy.

This is what I was looking for and just perfect!!!!If all of the screws are tightened enough, no worries at all!! My guitar looks more stunning!!! LOVE LOVE!!

I ordered this for my new expensive 7/8 classical guitar. The advert states it's suitable.The stand arrived extremely quickly, great. It looked straight forward to put together with leaflet diagrams and photo on the actual box. Different sized screws, no indication where the appropriate screw went, so I put long ones on the outside, short in the middle. When assembled I got my new guitar to see that it was very tight to get into the neck and then did not hang straight but sat on the hump!Looking on amazon site, the vertical stand is the other way round to both photo on box and instructions.I have unscrewed it and turned it round and my guitar hangs without touching the upright at all. so, no support for the body. I had to prize the fork for the neck wider to allow my guitar to hang straight. My neck is only 5cm wide unlike a full sized classical guitar which can be 5.5cm upwards.The stand looks nice. But for a product made in Ireland, the build instructions are extremely poor and totally inappropriate for wider necked guitars.

This is a very cool stand, looks great, is easy to put together and can easily hold the heaviest Les Paul in my collection. word of caution, the instructions show the vertical piece the wrong way around! So just make sure you don't screw it in until you're sure you have it the right way around! Very easy assembly, only 4 screws.
