Just as described, the rash guard is designed to fit snug. I wear a medium in clothing but went with a large and it is correct. A bit tight in the arms but will be perfect when wet, allowing plenty of roominess for swimming. I like that it is not cropped, coverage to my suit bottom.

If you don’t like tight fits then I’d recommend going up a size but otherwise this is a great sun shirt or water activity shirt. But see through in the breast so you may choose to wear something under.

I am 5'3" and 125 pounds and ordered a Medium. It fits perfectly, snug when dry and a bit looser in the water. It's still easy to remove in the pool prior to going into the spa. The fabrics are beautiful!
