I wear a women's medium but bought XL so it wouldn't be too tight for work. As expected, it was loose in the torso, but was particularly large in the chest compared to the waist area. The sleeve length was generous, but I wish the neckline was just a little higher. It fits me like a standard crew neck, but maybe that's because I sized up. The overall look should be fine if I tuck it in. Since the fabric is thin, it shows every lump and bump. Unfortunately it doesn't have a cool feel when you put it on. Hopefully it will perform OK when the Florida weather is hot and humid. I will have to wait and see.
