I really hate buying filters for everything but this isn’t so bad. The vacuum is good at throwing air around the room so if it can help purify the air and keep my air purifier and furnace filters clean a bit longer, then let the changing of the filters begin! The top filter with two parts was easy as can be. The Hepa required wrestling the machine to get the butterfly looking screw near the bottom to open up and give me the nasty old one. I reckon the foam ones can be cleaned and reused so this second one is great for using while the first ones will be drying. I wouldn’t attempt trying to clean the Hepa filter one, but I’m too cheap to be replacing it as often as they suggest. That thing will be lucky if it gets touched in two years!
