My wife bought this for our front flowerbed. We ordered four bags according to their recommendation for the size of the area we needed to cover. My wife is the one who put it out. we received one packed well before the advised delivery date, the other arrived the day before the delivery date. She works from home, so it was no problem. It was actually good that they arrived separately as they were heavy to move. It was cold here on the days that it came in and she was waiting for it to warm up first as she wanted to get the feed on the plants and work the ground before she put the much down. She is very happy with how it looks. I like that this product will last for years and protect the flowerbed. We have been working on doing upgrades on our home as we are about to sell it. We will definitely be buying it again after we move.

Many people say not to use the rubber because it is not good for your plants. I have one are I have had it for a few years without any issues. I actually purchased this and another color for n area we were changing the way it was and decided to go with rubber mulch, just not sure of the color we wanted to use. We ended up going with the other color, not a tradition mulch color and have had so many compliments on how it makes the house stick out. This did not go to waste. We decided to add a plant area around the bottom of a fir tree I had trimmed the bottom branches off of and that is were this was used, this one bag almost completely did that area. We can only get smaller bags locally and doing research this ended up being cheaper than buying multiple bags locally on sale. I did have to buy one small bag, but you can only tell a difference when they are wet (these are a lot nicer).

Quality is not the save as big box stores. I bought pallets from the big box stores and needed 4 bags for a small job. This product looks unfinished. You can see white threads with the black tires. The other company took care to dye and seal everything for a sharp black look. This mulch almost looks grey because of this shortcut. Skip this product. Not worth the money.

Used it to cover gaps and add a bit of weight for a plastic palm tree. The mulch is very easy to handle and this soil color is great if you don't want it to be noticeable. It fulfills that requirement perfectly.You can go through the bag quite quickly, so I would find it to be a bit expensive for any other application, but worked great for our needs.The product does have a bit of a smell, which has slowly faded away but comes back a bit during warm days.

I generally prefer to use natural products when gardening, but there are two major issues with traditional wood or bark mulch. Firstly, unless one has a way to get it from a brick-and-mortar store, which many of us New Yorkers do not and did not during the pandemic, the only way to have it delivered is in bulk. I only needed four bags, not 40, so that was a non-starter. Secondly, wood and bark mulch degrades each season, which can be problematic when used in containers. I needed to preserve moisture and minimize weeds without adding bulk. Rubber nuggets work exceptionally well, are inert and should last for years. They look great too, and I was able to buy just the four bags I needed.

The product is not as green as i thought. But still looks great. Gonna buy more soon! Price is a tad on the high side but it's still woth it.
