Got these for indoor cycling as my hands were going numb holding my handlebar grips on long workouts. Like others have said, I though they worked better switched around at first but am now using them L/R as marked. Kinda wish I had got the longer ones but these are good and offer an alternate grip as intended. You don’t fully grip these small ones, but just nestle them in between your thumb and forefinger. Have not used them on the road yet.

Great product. Small but ideal for different grip.

I like the ergonomic shape of these "bar ends" ....... but they are too short and skinny for adult (male) hands if put anywhere other than on the end of the bar. I'd prefer to have them inside the brake levers on my single-speed Surly gravel "hybrid". I'd like to see another iteration with an option for, say - 1" or even 2" longer size with a little more "girth". As offered, these might be ideal for smaller female or kid's hands ...... and my hands are on the smaller size for a guy!

This is a well made product of good quality that may be an excellent solution for those with straight bars and/or drop bars with a good amount of clear space and numb fingers. They did not work for me.I was trying to put them on a bike with swept back riser urban bars. There was not enough clear linear space to put the bar ends and leave room to comfortably use them. Not for riders with a lot of accessories on their bars. They were not as comfortable as they look.Unlike most bar ends, the clamps on these are hinged, and it is very easy to mount them on the bar interior without needing to remove everything on both ends.I did return them, but only because they did not work for me.

I found no comfortable way to fit these on my bars. When I did attach them, they were so useless and uncomfortable. I actually returned the item but they said to just keep it. Guess they know it's a garbage product.

I have large hands and wanted added hand positions on my flat bar gravel bike. Just could not get comfortable. Large to XL hands do not fit properly.

I bought these to use on the inside of my bars, not as bar ends. I’ve been a road biker all my life, but age has resulted in some back and neck issues that moved me to the upright posture of a hybrid. The bike was fine, but the flat bar is quite wide and has no alternative hand positions. Enter the NUHUi bar ends. With interior mounting, it gave me a riding position very similar to riding on the brake hoods of a road bike with the advantage of the hybrid upright geometry. I probably spend 80-90% of my ride on these grips as they give my that road bike feel that I was so sorely missing. Highly recommended. NOTE: To use on these grips as interior of the bar, you need to reverse left and right as in the photos. Reversed, the grip does hit mid-hand, but you are resting the heel of your hand on the bar and with cycling gloves on it’s perfectly comfortable.

So this is basically a generic version of the Spirgrips One inner bar ends, almost identical, in fact. If you find instructions for those online, you can install these.Few things these are missing:1) No grip paste provided. This is needed to get a good installation and not have these slip, even if you are installing on metal bars. I had to buy a grip paste.2) The paste is even more important on carbon fibre, so you don’t have to tighten so much you cause damage. But, if you have carbon fibre handlebars, what are you even using cheap products for? Just don’t.3) No instructions as noted above.4) Left and Right were mislabelledThese are okay for getting an alternate grip position on a straight bar bike, almost similar to “hoods” in a road bike. This can help with hand fatigue. But make sure you can take them off if you will wear with fall/Winter gloves, as they are awkward in this case. That might mean “rolling up” the rubber grip as I did, vs trimming it. That way you can remove in the winter and reinstall in the summer.
