I bought these for loot bags and they were perfect. However, I noticed if you sharpen too much or press too hard the tips do break.Ideal for children and fun.

The product is as described and is pretty cool - my 5 year old loves it. However, the tip breaks off pretty easily and then you have to sharpen it down a lot, resulting in the pencil being done after not a very long time, even compared to standard pencils or colored pencils.

SUCH a fascinating color pencil for kids! My 6 year old loves it equally as much as my 8th grade students! Unfortunately, once the original sharpened tip dulls & it needs to be sharpened, the tip forever breaks off easily.
