I used a hair dryer on its hottest setting, be patient and work around to evenly make it tighter, it should not be loose or have areas that are loose. I had to go back to it later , so take your time. It's not a sponge grip feel, it's a thinner layer but regardless it's very "grippy".

These worked really well. I have only used them on my handlebar grips on my old Harley, but it made them look and feel like new. Great value for the price.

The shrink-on function works very well.Two sets are provide, small and large, and I used them both to enlarge my skinny grips. That helped a little.BUT these grip covers are slick and do NOT make gripping easier -- worse in fact. They have no ribs or texture at all.I'm going to try something else, maybe grip puppies.(I can't just change grips, mine are Triumph OEM heated grips.)

Really have to heat them well, but they worked great on my sticky stock grips and were way cheaper than the 500 bucks Harley wanted to fix the problem.

It was easy to install but didn’t last a month and became loose on the grips. Can’t recommend.

First of all it could’ve worked if it was rubber that you could stretch over the handle. Instead, it is some sort of weak plastic that when you stretch it just a bit, it breaks. Perhaps I misunderstood the product or bought the wrong item but the sizes are way off from your normal size, they are too big. Then if small, you stretch them a little and they break. I will not recommend these at all.
