This is a staple and a permanent stay in our car, for as long as it works! I have always been a fan of NOCO Jump Starters, and I used to buy the more affordable simple "jump starter" only device from them and they always save me in a pinch. However, what makes this one different is that its got its own 100 PSI Air Compressor. I always have a jump starter and tire inflator in the trunk of my car, and this one makes it easy to just bring one. I don't consider this as space saver compared to my current set up, since this is really bulky so it doesn't really save me me any real estate on the compartment, but it just got me one less device in my checklist. This one works as expected and easily jump started my car without any fuss. Btw, when using this, make sure that you follow the instruction really carefully to get it to work the first time around. It is very easy, a lot of safety features are added such as spark proof so less chance of starting a fire, and reverse polarity protection so you don't destroy this device. The flashlight is good, bright enough for Florida night. This comes in with a few goodies, I hope they added more. It comes with a microfiber bag, but a good sturdy shell casing should be included instead. It comes with a single USB-C - USB C cable, it should come with at least another USB A - USB C full cable (or at least an adapter). The inflatable adapters should have been doubled, even with dedicated slot, without a good sturdy shell case, these are very easy to get lost! This device is bulky and heavy, and even though this is built like a tank with sturdy rubber construction, they should have added a good place mat to protect it from damaging itself for vibration when using the tire inflator; this should also come with a handle or make it easy to grip and carry around when moving this device around the car (i.e. inflating all 4 tires).I have only used this for about a day, I am not sure of the battery life, but it jump started my car at least twice and that is more than enough for my use-case.The gripes/complaints that I have are many, but I feel like they are mostly a wish list rather than a short coming, so the positives overcomes the negatives and I never took of a star. Nonetheless, I would like to share those in this review for the consumer and for the manufacturer to consider.Note: I am a Vine reviewer, and subject to having to pay taxes on these items so product is not completely free!Rating Process:5 stars- Great item, not necessarily perfect, the good overcame what I dislike. Grab this one for sure!4 stars- Meets advertised description, have at least one imperfection, or not my "preference". Still a good purchase!3 stars- Meets advertised description, have more than one imperfection or does not meet my "preference". It's ok.2 stars- It works, but low quality. I do not recommend.1 star- Does not work, or not as described. I do not recommend.

The NOCO Boost Air AX65 is all in one emergency tool for jump starting and other features. With 2000A peak power it easily revived my dead car battery in seconds in cold weather. Its good to know that this tool is compatible with gas engines up to 8.0L and diesel engines up to 6.0L making it a solid choice for most vehicles. Also, I like the safety features that prevents sparks and reverse polarity issue. The built-in 22A air compressor is powerful to inflate a tire from 0-40 PSI under 2 minutes. The digital pressure control allows precise inflation with auto shut-off which is great feature as no more over inflating or I don’t have to monitor the pressure. It’s also handy for quick top offs. The AX65 doubles as a 60W USB-C power bank, perfect for charging phones tablets and other USB devices. The built in 100 lumen LED flashlight is a nice touch for night time roadside emergencies. My only issue is that it takes around 48 minutes to recharge fully, and I need to plan ahead. But overall, it’s a great tool for road trips emergencies and everyday convenience.

Just got mine 3-13-25. Looked at a number of reviews. Watched various videos on function. Seems like a great package. Wish it came with instructions ( it was pretty intuitive how it works) , and not just a safety manual. It was 3/4 charged so I fully charged it in less than an hour. Turned on the compressor and the sound was ok, not too loud. The flashlight function was great. The storage bag is nice but would prefer hard shell container for extra protection of the device if stored in vehicle when traveling. Looking forward to using it I also like cap for the end of compressor hose to protect from debris. Was hoping to see lower price in about the $160 range.

This is a review for “NOCO Boost Air AX65” priced at 297.99$. Man, where do I start? This is a big heavy and sturdy unit. I had tried 3 boosters pretending to be up to 1000, 2000 and 3000 Amps, and boy this unit weights as much all of them combined. You can feel how much is the battery in this big boy. It is easy to charge using a standard USB C charger and can provide and charge up to 60W of power. For such unit, that is a good fast charger. I had to get the manual from the website and it was not hard to find, for the English version it is only 12 pages. It can be read in about 10 min, if you want to take your time reading it. I hoped that it was included but alas. The unit is a compressor. It is loud, but fast, so I guess it is a trade off, speed for noise. Personally, I do not mind that. The microfiber cover/ bag is an odd choice for me. I guess it does provide some protection from the dust, but that is about it. It does not help transport or protect this booster. There is no handle or something to hold the booster to help transport it in one hand so that is a bit inconvenient. It also takes some space in the back of the car.Performance wise, it is excellent. I was able to test it thanks to my friend that is running a weak and almost dead battery in the middle of the winter. I was able to boost him easily while 2 different boosters did not work. One Type S (250 amps) and a generic booster claiming to be 1000 amps (certainly was no where near it). I was boosting him outside in -15C with no protection against the wind. I was also able to boost a skidoo in the same session few min after. It was a busy day as we had 3 days of -35C and a lot of batteries were week.So yes, performance wise, I am extremely happy, I just hope it was easier to store and transport. The price is also on the high end.Overall, an excellent booster to have and count on when in need.

All I can say is, Wow! This is a quality unit, and heavy! The housing is built from metal with a very nice finish on it. It probably weighs about 10 pounds I would guess! Has a very long air hose for a portable unit, also has a hidden away attachment for it by the usb-c power input/output. Clamps are very stiff so they will bite and hold a very solid connection, however there was a missed oppourtunity in their design to reduce the severe angle of the clamp hand grips. My hand slides up as i press them because they take a fair amount of force. Using a smaller angle grip would also increase leverage and reduce the effort needed, but this is not worth deducting anything in my mind. Unit has the usual features of a flashlight and a 12v output other than the booster port. Noco is a good brand, and I expect a unit this solid will last me as long as the batteries do, but the unit itself will continue on with such rugged design!
