- Always have a fully charged battery whenever and wherever you need it. You never have to worry about the radio failing on the second shift, or accidentally forgetting to put the radio back in the charger at the end of the day.

Two issues. It doesn't last an entire shift, only about 10 hours. The bad battery I have still lasts 12 hours. Also, this battery will not show charge status on the radio display.

Battery will charge by itself, but not when attached to radio that is placed in charger. Impossible to tell if it is charging. Unimpressed.

At first I was excited to get this battery to lessen the weight I carry but it’s not what it’s cracked up to be. Your better off getting the name brand.1. My radio with this battery would just randomly shut off and restart2. When I would try to transmit a message there would be a huge delay or nothing at all3. Sometimes I wasn’t even hearing calls that were going out.4. The battery would have to be separated from the top half of the radio for the battery to charge.I went back to my battery that was issued and all the problems above are gone
