All parts came in good shape and ontime. Cylinder has an extra 1/8" threaded pipe hole. You will need a pipe plug if your saw does not use this. This is not in the kit. You also need to reuse your old boots for carb intake. The parts that were included are good quality and work well. The saw is a one pull start every time, hot, two pull cold one choke, one no choke. I dropped it one star for not supplying the Cylinder plug. I would buy this again.

The cylinder and piston was an easy replacement on my Husqvarna 55 rancher. Saw cranked after 5 pulls and running very good.

I can’t seem to find an option to contact you only replace the whole kit?The kit itself seems fine but the piston ring itself was weak and brittle and broke under no stress, if you could send a replacement this would be fine otherwise I’d send the full kit back to exchange which seems pointless

Was given a burned out husqvarna 55 and I thought it would be good practice for rebuilding my good saw that I'm still waiting for offical parts to arrive. Using YouTube videos of this kit it was easy to install and rebuild. The tolerances fit and finish are surprisingly well done for the price. It's as though they used the original molds. It started easily even with a dry carburetor. Didn't use the gas line and filter. Let it run with no load for 10 minutes to break in. If it's still running after winter I'll go 5 stars .

Very straight forward kit although I do have to agree with some that the roller bearing is smaller than the OEM. I also used my original one. But for the price I put my $400 saw back together in a few hrs. Runs extremely well the cylinder and piston fit perfect. Highly recommend! Ordered for my 2003 55 rancher!
