At less than half the price of the competition, these cleats are worth a try. All of the necessary parts are there and an Allen wrench is included. They fit my cycling shoes and my old school Crank Brothers egg beaters fine. It's too early to gauge durability but even if they wear more quickly than others, they may be cost effective. It might be a welcome bonus for first time users if the seller were to include an instruction sheet or a link to installation options.
