Body is metal and Decent quality but the ear that the J-Arm hooks to is about half the size of what it needs to be. Definitely plan on returning it for wrong fitment

J-arm of my PVS-14 didn’t fit. Also would only rotate about 5 degrees. Can’t recommend.
