Wasn't sure what to expect as these pieces sometimes don't work well with other brands. Got it to extend ny komodo rig top handle. Works a treat and locked up super solidly without any wobble or shake. The part seems well constructed and durable and has lots of quarer and 3/8 threads all over without arri locating pins. It's comfortable, lightweight and just the right size for a palm extension. It came with a tool long enough to go thru to tighten it up so you will get what you need with it. Great value for the price.

This is one of those unique accessories that can come in handy in a pinch. I typically almost always put a cage on my camera and often look for additional mounting points for lights, microphones, and other accessories. This gives you the option of adding a handle while providing a TON of additional mounting points. This device does require the use of an extra-long Allen key (provided) to secure your device. This might hamper the ease of installation/removal if you need to swap it out during your shoot. You also need to remember to bring the Allen key with you. I am going to look at some quick-release options so that I can more easily remove and replace it in the field.

I got this because I have a thread on the back of my top handle and I wanted something to join it to the v-mount in the back. By itself it was decently solid, but after I gave it a second mounting point I felt confident enough to pick it up by any point on the top handle. I like that there are locating pins. The machining seems to be precision everywhere I needed to mount something to it. It was lighter than I expected so I was happy with that.

When I attached it to my camera, and attached my various parts of gear to it, it became very difficult to adjust and reposition. Due to the fact that it has a screw on the inside that requires a long Allen key to operate, any adjustments must be done without any equipment attached. This makes it a pain and a hinderance when filming. The product itself is decent, its machined well and feels sturdy. For what it is, it gets the job done.

It took forever for this to arrive but now that it is here it is extremely handy. I am using it as a spacer between my gimbal and the 11” pole that came with it due to the strap adapter was making bad contact so this spaces them out a bit. It has a weird design that I haven’t seen on similar handles before as you use a long hex tool to reach inside it to screw the threaded end into the device or adapter or bar. It is pretty simple and straightforward to use. The worst part was the seriously long delay to get it here.
