See photo: the thread dept is deeper than oem and varies at least between the two I bought (one for my bike, one for my wife's). When you torque it it will pinch your lower shock mount. I'm no expert on metallurgy but the bolt appears to be stainless which is, I believe, less strong than the oem steel. I'd consider an alternative.

It took longer for me to find my tools than it did to install this.Of course, I can't know how well it does its designed job until I ride the bike a bunch

So far so good. Was worried about the quality of material but it seems pretty good. No complaints from me

Fits well. Works well. Looks good. Appears to be quality materials. Made over there, not here.

I have about 5 hours on my 2022 KTM 500 EXC-F and already the swingarm is showing wear from where it contacts the mud flap so this swingarm saver is an essential item for our bikes. Other companies offer this identical product for over double the cost they're asking here. I would have preferred to not have the engraved logo but NICECNC has to rep their parts so I'm not mad at 'em.The material feels solid and the hardware is of good quality. Definitely recommend you use Loctite on all the threads. The bearing is indeed sealed and unless you sink the bike in mud or water it should last a decent long while. The only part I doubt will last is the O-ring. Rubber exposed to the elements and in constant contact with the mud flap seems like a recipe for failure but it's just an O-ring and even if it does break it will still roll on the aluminum wheel giving you time to source a replacement. All in all this is an inexpensive alternative to other +$50 solutions that appear to be nearly identical in quality. Additionally the "other guy" has replacement O-Rings for $1 so stock up there but buy your hard-part from NICECNC.

Keeps the sand on your fender from scraping the swing arm. 10 hours of rides and two pressure washings later, all is good.
