I have a gsxr-750..and you definitely feel the extra power than if you were using the cr9. You won't be disappointed.

Bought these to replace the stock ones in a 2008 DR650. The old ones had more than 10K miles on them and still didn't look eroded, but you can't go strictly on the way they look when deciding to replace. After replacing, it made a noticeable difference in power and fuel mileage. Good investment.

it's a spark plug, it sparks, seems to work just fine on account of it screws in the hole and the bike runs.
