NGKの標準プラグから交換しました。キャブ仕様のバイクですが、交換直後に始動性が格段に良くなりアイドリングが安定したのには感心しました。レスポンスやパワー、トルク感はあまり変わりませんし燃費も変化はありませんでした。低回転での粘りは少し増したような気がする程度です。

Replaced the OEM DR7EA plug on '24 Kodiak 450 with this one - noticeable quicker cold starts and usually doesn't do the "cold-start stall".

This was purchased as an upgrade to the OE stock NGK DR7EA, for a 2018 Yamaha Kodiak 450 with fuel injection. Makes a noticeable difference in ease of starting, idle quality and smoother acceleration.

These are a recommended upgrade for older ArcticCat 300 4x4 4-wheelers. Easier starting, much longer lasting. New life for older trail riders.

I compared this plug to a brand new standard one of the same number and the engine perform like a new engine compared to with the standard plug. I can't say enough good about this. It idles smoother starts easier and has about 10 percent more power in the whole entire power band. A small price for such a huge improvement. This was in a carburated air cooled 350cc motorcycle engine.

Installed into a Suzuki 1986 LT230GE, Very nice and perfect fit, hard to adjust Gapping without damaging the electrode, I used a scissor blade to set the gap where needed, then measured with gaping tool. Started up first touch of the start button, idled more smoothly and has plenty of power when need.Edit Sept. 16, 2012 17days after installI have the spark plug slightly over gaped by .05 on purpose since the electrode is smaller you can run a bigger gap with the same amount if not slightly less power than a normal copper plug at regular gap. Four wheeler still cranks normally even after lots of hard riding and idling. Is a huge performance increase in torque curve.
